Test and mandatory rights
No payments are collected in the closed test, so no paid balance or refund is created by a test action. The following describes the policy to implement before sales. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.
Before delivery
For a standard digital download, a cancellation request received before delivery starts should stop delivery and payment collection where possible. A paid but undelivered order must be reviewed for refund.
Digital delivery
Any exception to a withdrawal right for immediately delivered digital content must use the consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. A download alone is not a blanket waiver. Missing, corrupt or materially misdescribed contents must receive applicable remedies, which can include correction, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Custom work
Payment follows an agreed written brief. Cancellation before work starts should receive a full refund except deductions expressly permitted by applicable law. After work starts, any deduction must reflect documented work actually performed and the customer’s required prior consent; it cannot be a blanket no-refund rule. Defects and deviations from the agreed scope remain reviewable after delivery.
Generation credits
The planned system reserves the quoted credit cost before execution, then settles only verified successful outputs. Failed, cancelled-before-execution, duplicate or undelivered jobs must release the applicable reservation. Partial success charges only delivered outputs under a quote accepted in advance. Purchased credits and test grants must be recorded separately. This generation billing is not connected yet.
Crypto payments
Before sending funds, the customer must see the exact asset, network, amount, quote expiry and refund basis. Network fees, underpayments, overpayments and late transfers require explicit handling. Refund destination ownership must be verified. Crypto payment does not remove consumer rights. No invoice or wallet address is issued by this test.
